The Deck of Many is a series of 5e reference cards for Monsters, NPCs, Conditions and Weapons.
The Deck of Many is a tool used to assist Game Masters in their role-playing campaigns, freeing them from traditional reference books and allowing them to only bring the references they need. Each card features original artwork and easy to reference information. Should we be successful, all funds raised from this campaign will go towards producing the 4 decks and other campaign rewards.

Proofs are in! + New Patreon + Updated timeline

The proofs came in and they look amazing.
So right now we’re in the final review stage. We’re being super meticulous and going every single card to make sure there aren’t any issues with design, layout, templating and making sure that all the text is correct. We’ve caught a few of these issues so far but are almost done the review the send for final print! If all goes well we should have that done by tomorrow the latest. We will also be sending a final revised Master PDF with all the updates!
Also having gotten a couple different stock options I wanted to update you all that we’re upgrading the stock to a 350 GSM white core linen stock with UV coating! It feels so nice to the touch that we couldn’t help but upgrade.
Are you making any more cards after this?
Yes! While we're waiting for the print run to come in we’re making new designs. We’ve started on the Lycans and you can check out their progress on our new Patreon page for the project ( https://www.patreon.com/thedeckofmany).
Our Patrons will get to vote weekly on what new cards are developed each month, and will get Print'N Play PDFs and even physical copies sent right to their doors.
Cards designed through this Patreon will help form the foundations of future decks, and as a Patron, you'll get to guide what we make.
To start 8 cards per month will be developed. 4 we choose and 4 that you vote on. As support grows we plan on expanding it up to 10 cards and even hire out some of the designs to some very talented artists in the gaming space.

After talking with the production facility here’s the updated timeline.
- Submit final run of cards Jan 24th.
- Leifkicker deck box completion. End of month, these will ship out when they're ready. - Card Sleeves, we're waiting on the package now when they get in those who ordere those specifically will get them shipped. - Printing occurs (1 month to produce). Est. Late Feb. Note: Chinese New Year is in February and may affect the run, we’ll update if there are any major delays here.
- Shipping to us (1 month to ship). Est. Late March.
- Then we ship out to everyone. Est. Delivery North America 1-2 weeks. Worldwide 3 weeks.

We're so excited! We've finally finished all the art!
In the latest zip download (tdomMaster2018.01.12) through backerkit, you will find 2 new pdfs:
The Deck of Many Things: A legendary item that contains 22 cards with powers unknown. As an FYI the first 2 pages are back to back, while the rest can be printed without a back, or you can choose one of the many back options we provided at the end of the document!
The Deck of Many Extras: This is where we put all the extra cards and designs we made for you all! Here you can find the Medusa by Jeff Miracola and Wyvern by Leesha Hannigan.

Also we've chosen 2 cards from all the suggestions. We got well over 700 awesome ideas, and there are so many awesome ones we want to make (and we hope to in the coming months).
The winning ideas were:

a tiny fiend that drinks all alcoholic beverages it can find

Little dice shaped monsters that live in taverns and bite gamblers who try to roll them.

Each of the winners will win a print sized version of the card they helped create! And everyone who pledged for a full set will get these as well.
So What's Next?
Right now we're waiting for the proofs! And when we get those in we're going to review and scrutinize them to make sure all the art looks great and the words make sense. So if you find any issues with the files ping us!
Our next update will be when we get those proofs along with an update on the printing and shipping steps.

Happy New Years Everyone!
Hope you all had a great one, and to start ours off we've got Monsters 3 pdf ready for download. We've also included a separate Blank Custom Encounters pdf as I know some people we're asking for a separate one. Check your backerkit for the latest download The Deck of Many Master v.02!
Whats next?
- Finalize the art for the Deck of Many things, we have 10 pieces left there. Check below for a teaser. - Update the art on a couple cards we weren't happy with. - Review the content to make sure all the words make sense, no spelling errors etc. - Wait on the proof to come in from the print shop. - Produce the couple of custom ideas that we received (and boy did we get a ton of them, we'll make a whole separate post about that).

The latest pdf's are out!
So we got some feedback that all the updates with the different files make it difficult to know which files you guys needed. So we've created a master zip file with all the latest versions of the pdfs along with a note explaining what's new and what's been updated.
As we create new uploads we'll send out new master zip files.

Also with the Holidays in full swing, we wanted to say thank you to all our friends and followers with an additional little print and play set of holiday themed Deck Of Many Cards. So be sure to check that out!

Timeline Update + The Deck of Many Weapons Print N Play

Hey all, we're nearing the end of November and I wanted to give an update as to where we are with the project.
As of today we've completed the art for the first 4 decks and are currently partway through the Deck of Many Things. We have around 60 pieces remaining to complete that we are aiming to have done within the next 4 weeks. Because we are over our initial timeframe for art completion we're moving ahead with the proofing now still so when the art is ready we'll have already got the proofing taken care of and can expedite the printing. Doing this should still allow us to still hit our estimated February shipping.
Current Timeline:
Nov 28: Submit art for proofingDec 1: Finish the Deck of Many ThingsDec 12: Finish the Deck of Many Monsters 2Dec 24: Finish the Deck of Many Monsters 3 Dec 27: Submit decks run for printing Mid February: Receive decks and then ship!
The Deck of Many Weapons
We just submitted the pdfs for the Deck of Many Weapons (and updated some of the other ones) so check them out! Note: In our campaign we had names for only 29/30 weapons so we created a custom weapon that we hope you love!
PAX Unplugged
